3 Best Online Virtual Life Games

Do you enjoy playing online virtual reality games? These are 3 of the best online virtual reality games that you will absolutely love if you enjoy such games.

Let's start with the list:

1. SmallWorlds:

SmallWorlds is a virtual world and social network service founded in 2008 which enables users to create and customize their own avatar. It is completely free to join and play. SmallWorlds is mainly aimed towards teenagers. It is required for you to be above 13 in order to play the game. You can also get the VIP memberships which gives you access to additional perks which are not available to normal players. The currency used in SmallWorlds is "tokens" and "gold".

Smallworlds is my personal favorite. I have been playing this game for years and I must say, I'm still not bored with it. Usually games require you to spend money in order to get special perks within the game, but I've never had to spend my real money to buy VIP (although you can also buy VIP with real money as well). It's also constantly updated and cool new stuff is always being added.

I highly recommend this game if you enjoy playing virtual reality games!

2. Roblox:

Roblox is a Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG) that is mainly targeted towards kids or teenagers from the age of 8-18. It gives the users ability to create their own virtual mode through the "Builder's Club" access in which other users can play. The currency in Roblox is called "Roblox Points".

Personally, I have never played this game much but the kids in my house love this game. They play it all the time. I am guilty of getting into playing what is called an "obby". There's a wide variety of virtual worlds to play in.

There's a lot of cool stuff created by other users that you can definitely check it out!

3. OurWorld:

Just like the other two, ourWorld is a virtual reality game containing a range of different games for the user to play. It enables the user to create their own character, choose their wardrobe, decorate their own place as well as a variety of many other options. It is mainly targeted towards teens or "tweens". The currency used in ourWorld is "Gems" which you can buy with real money or collect with weekly "Gem Codes".

I used to play this game a lot back when I was a "tween", so I have some really good memories attached to it. The graphics are really interesting and cool. You can do a lot with your character even if you're just starting out. You can buy and get access to different "special" items as well.

Definitely look it up! You'll like it.

I hope you liked this list of online virtual life games. Comment down below whether you've played or already play these games? Also, feel free to share other games that you enjoy playing.

5 Creepy And Unusual Mental Disorders That Will Leave You Amazed

The human mind is a complicated thing. It can react in unexpected and unusual ways from time to time. We know and hear of many of the usual mental disorders/illnesses such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia etc. However, here is a list of 5 creepy and unusual mental disorders that will surely leave you wondering; do we really have as much control on our brain as we think we do?

1. Alien Hand Syndrome:

Alien Hand Syndrome (AHS) is a neurological disorder which causes the person to move their hands without being aware of it. The person has no control over their hand movement and sometimes may end up using the other more controllable hand to prevent themselves from any further movement.

This is a very rare disorder and it can cause the person suffering from it to have no control over their reflexes. Unfortunately, it is not curable. However, the degree of its severity can be reduced and it can be controlled to some extent by keeping the alien hand busy by having it grasp some object.

2. Alice in Wonderland Syndrome:

The name of this syndrome comes from Lewis Caroll's famous book "Alice Adventures in Wonderland" in which Alice magically transforms and either grows too big or shrinks too small. It is also known as Todd's Syndrome or liliputian's hallucinations and it is a neurological disorder in which the person develops a distorted perception. The person may suffer from migraines or have severe headaches which may affect the sufferer's sense of vision, touch, hearing, taste and sensations.
The person may also have a distorted sense of time during an episode.

This disorder usually affects young children and it is said that they can simply grow out of it as time passes.

3. Foreign Accent Syndrome:

Foreign accent syndrome is a rare disorder in which a native speaker develops a foreign accent, that is different from their native accent. This disorder can be caused because of damage to that part of the brain which affects speech.

The most usual reason for this condition is a stroke. However, it can be caused by other factors as well such as migraines, head trauma or any tumors. One of the symptoms of this disorder is that the patient moves their tongue or jaw differently which creates different sounds while pronouncing words from their native language that can result in a "foreign" accent.

4. Walking Corpse Syndrome:

Walking Corpse Syndrome (also know as Cotard Delusion) is a rare neuropsychiatric disorder in which the person being affected develops a false belief that they are dead or that they are missing their body parts, organs or blood. They may also have the delusion that they have lost their soul.
The patient denies their existence or believes that a certain body part has gone missing. This illness causes the person to neglect their personal hygiene and physical health as well as withdrawal from other people.

5. The Jumping Frenchmen of Maine:

The Jumping Frenchmen of Maine were a group of 19th century lumberjacks who exhibited this rare disorder. This syndrome involves startles reflexes which causes an uncontrollable jump. It also causes sudden movements in the body which occur involuntarily.

According to Wikipedia, individuals with this conditions were first found in the northern regions of Maine and were first described by George Miller Beard in 1878. He noted that they "could not help repeating the words or sounds that came from the person that ordered them any more that they could help striking, dropping, throwing, jumping, or starting."

So, did you find any of these weird or unusual? Comment down below and let us know what you think.

3 Ways To Manifest Things Faster

One of the most common questions that people who know about the Law of Attraction or the Law of love or practice is how to manifest their wishes faster, how to quickly get whatever they want, be it good grades, dream job, house or even a partner.
The first question they ask and the most repeated on is "How can I attract it faster?", well there are no shortcuts to law of attraction because the law itself is a shortcut to life and the only things which can be considered as a catalyst are your feelings. If you follow the law, you'll see the results but there a few steps to do it right and get what you desire the most.
Here are 3 easy tips that you can use in your daily life to quickly manifest what you want.

1. Vision Boards:

Vision boards are one of the most used tool for people all over the world who want to manifest anything they want. A vision board is a board where you can put up pictures of whatever you want to achieve or want to have. It doesn't necessarily has to be a proper board, you can make a virtual vision board on your phone, laptop or tablet.

The trick about is that you have to put things on it, look at it as much as you can and make sure you have the feeling of having those things now. Vision boards help you visualize better, which results in clearer thoughts and better frequency. You get in alignment with the right frequency and this way you can attract all the things faster in your life.
You can put all kinds of photos on your vision boards like this camera you want, or your dream house maybe this college you want to get in to. It could be anything. Even a million dollar Chinese hell note!

2. Giving:

All the multimillionaires all over the world have one thing in common, i.e Charities. All of them are associated with charities. It is their way of giving back to the world. For things to manifest quicker, you need to learn the art of giving. It is not always the case of giving money, or material things, (though much appreciated) but if you don't have access to all of those things, you can give one thing to the world, that is love.

You can give love to the world.

You can resonate at the highest frequency of love. You can make people happy with little gestures. The whole trick behind the law of attraction is giving love to the universe. The better frequency you are on, the more positive you are, the more the Universe will reciprocate with you in ways you can't imagine.
Start noticing little things in your life, start loving little things in your life,
                                                        Start Appreciating

3. Do it Now:

Ever heard the famous saying, "Actions speak louder than words"? Well it is similar to that. You need to perform actions for this law to work faster for you. Let us use an example for the explanation, let say you want to have this car, but it seems too good to be true. You want to feel the feeling of having it now for correctly using the law of attraction but it isn't working for you no matter how much you try or what you do.
Here is what you can do, you can go test drive that car, you can go sit in it, feel the feeling of having it now while you are there and carry that feeling with you until you finally get it. To attract something in life, you need to be on the same frequency as that of the thing you want to have, and there is no better way to do it than this one. You can create a similar conditions, to resonate with the same frequency.
You can do it for anything you want at all, from wanting the coolest cellphones to having to eat a dish you have been wanting to for a while. This works best, because your actions give a stronger message to the Universe when combined with your actions. You can be thankful for already having it and then have it!

Any questions? Feel free to ask them in the comments.

3 Tips to Get Over Artist's Block

Can't Get Yourself to Draw Anything?

You're sitting in front of your sketchbook or digital device and just wondering why you can't seem to draw anything that looks decent. It just makes you go:

Don't worry, this happens to most if not all artists at some point. There are some ways you can overcome artist's block.

This is a brief and quick article that is going to highlight three tips to get rid of artist's block and proceed with you awesome drawing in no time.

1. Look at other art for inspiration:

This is the very first step you should take because this usually helps quite a lot. Although it's not necessary to only look at the art style you usually work with, look at all types of art; you might get great ideas out of it (but don't steal other people's work and always give credit if you use it as a reference)

Here's a few art instagrams you can look at to get some inspiration:

2. Don't Procrastinate:

Okay, admit it. We all procrastinate from time to time. This can be one of the reasons why we just can't get that sketch complete. If it is something a bit more casual you can surely take your time with it but if it is a commission or a project that needs to be completed within a specific period of time, you need to start drawing! Yes, obviously you don't need to rush through it so you're not satisfied in the end. Understand that you're facing a problem and try to work on it (you might already be since you probably googled this, ha!)

Set goals just like you would for any other task. Another way to not procrastinate when drawing leads me to my next tip.

3. Scribble and doodle:

Yes, just take a piece of paper and start doodling. Do it mindfully, do it mindlessly. It doesn't matter, just keep your pencil moving. This way you'll start getting ideas and this is a good way to practice anyway since this includes line practice and you'll get better control of the pencil.

Same goes for digital art, just take your tablet and pen and start doodling. Again, make it abstract or try to draw a still life, just keep drawing until you finally feel like completing it or starting a new piece because you just got an awesome idea out of it.

So, here's a few tips you can use to get over artist's block which can really suck at times because when the deadline awaits it takes a lot to come up with something that is actually going to be worth all the effort.

Do you have any suggestions or personal tips on how you get over artist's block? Leave a comment! It is surely appreciated.

Pros and Cons of Being an Introvert

Introvert, extrovert and ambivert; you've probably heard of these terms before. Introverts might prefer to spend most of their time alone. The opposite of extroverts; who might prefer to spend their time socializing. Even though the main two terms used are introvert and extrovert, but ambivert is sometimes used as well; someone who maintains a balance between the features of introverts and extroverts.

Even though these terms are used as personality types, keep in mind that each human is unique and obviously not all introverts act the same way.

Okay, so getting into the topic, let's first discuss some of the pros of being an introvert:

1. You value your relationships and strive to create a strong bond with the people you care about:

It might sometimes be hard for introverts to maintain friendships or relationships with people because they sometimes just cannot keep up with the level of demand for interaction to maintain them. So, if they find someone who understands this aspect of their nature and effort is made from both ends, strong bonds can be created.

2. You develop good listening skills:

Now if you are the type of introvert that tends to take more from a conversation than add to it, you end up developing good listening skills. If you're someone who really doesn't talk much in a conversation, you end up listening more and that can be really advantageous for you. You absorb in lots of information and overall it's just comes off as being friendly because if one is talking and one is listening it just creates a nice balance.

3. You develop good observational skills:

When there is peace and quiet, obviously the human mind tends to pay more attention to its surroundings and atmosphere. As introverts like to stay in places where there isn't much noise or people, they tend to be more observant of their surroundings. Also, even if an introvert goes to a gathering or something, they would rather be observing more things rather than mingling with other people.

4. You get to do a lot of self-analysis:

As an introvert, you most likely keep judging your own self from time to time. If this is kept in balance and it doesn't evolve into over-thinking, self-analysis can be a good thing for you.

5. You save some money:

Now, hear me out on this one. You actually do end up saving money if you're an introvert. You don't really need to go out to have some fun nor do you enjoy going to parties or places with crowds. So, you end up staying at home. You only have to give gifts to the people who are close to you and you don't spend that much money on clothing because meh, it's not like you go out too much (hey, but if you do like buying clothes and dressing up, good for you!). You don't go out with your friends to eat too often, that can save you some money as well. So, all in all, it's a win for you there when it comes to saving some extra cash.

Okay, so after the pros of being an introvert comes the cons of being an introvert:

1. Your self-analysis may turn into over-thinking:

As I've stated before, self-analysis is something that may be a positive aspect of your personality. However, if it slowly starts to get out hand it can lead to over-thinking or self-loathing which can really end up hurting you emotionally. So, try to keep this in check. When you start to get negative thoughts in your head, just blur them out and try to focus on the positive aspects.

2. You sometimes question why you're like this:

I know I've asked myself this quite a few times and it is, "Why can't I enjoy going out or feel comfortable in having conversations with people just like other people?". So, you might get frustrated with this and wonder how it would feel if you were just naturally more open and outgoing. However, I believe being an introvert isn't something that should be fixed because it is just an aspect of your personality just like how being an extrovert is. It makes up a part of who you are.

3. Making and maintaining friendships is hard:

Yes, I have always struggled with this particular point. Even if you do end up talking to people, you're just not as socially active as others so this just makes you drift away from others. Sometimes you're just shy and people misread it as you not wanting to maintain the friendship with them. In reality though, you just don't want to annoy them or inconvenience them.

4. You can't start or hold conversations:

Well, most introverts find it hard to start conversations with people they don't know. It's just an uncomfortable experience for them and they just feel nervous. This can sometimes be misunderstood as having an "attitude" or being full of themselves but we all know that is not the case at all. This can be worked on and just be yourself and anyone who genuinely wants to talk to you will make an effort to do so. (With that being said, you should try to make an effort as well of course.)

5. You can sometimes feel lonely:

While people such as introvert like being alone, no one likes being lonely. It's just not a pleasant feeling. So, being an introvert, being alone for a long time can really make you feel lonely at times. It's completely natural and it's a feeling that almost everyone experiences at some point of their lives. So, you could just enjoy spending time alone but also try to go and socialize (or just take a walk or observe nature) so at least you don't experience a sense of loneliness.

So, these are the pros and cons of being an introvert. Are you an introvert or extrovert? What do you think are the pros and cons of your personality type? Comment down below!

4 Signs You're Addicted To Your Cellphone

*Ding* oh a message! So I picked my cellphone to check the notification......nothing. What?! But I just heard the notification bell!
Most of the people face this disorder today and it's probably the most faced disorder around the world. Cellphone addiction is a major problem for all of us and it's symptoms include going through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. again and again. Here are a few things which can tell if you're a cellphone addict.

1. Checking your phone after short intervals :

If you are in a habit of looking at your cellphone after every minute then you're definitely addicted to your cellphone, knowing there's nothing. Yet, still scrolling down the news feed.

2 . Hearing the notification ring all the time :

When you're listening to something for long period of times , there comes a time when even after it stops you can still hear it. It's almost as if your ears are ringing. So, if you've felt like you've heard your cellphone ring and there's no notification or call or text....it means that you've been spending a little too much time with your cellphone.

3 . Responding quickly to every single ring :

image from: www.idownloadblog.com

One of the signs of addiction to your cellphone is rushing to check your cellphone every time you hear the beep, may it be a useless message from your network provider or a notification from your social networking site.

4 . Staring at the phone screen even when there's nothing important on it :

Another symptom of addiction to your cellphone is aimlessly staring at it even when you're bored. Instead of doing something constructive in your leisure time, your cellphone keeps you chained to it and you end up losing time that could have been spent in a better way.

How to avoid it :

Try to keep your cellphone out of your sight when you're at home or keep it at a distance from where you are sitting. The farther it is from your reach , the more it'll help control your urge to look at it again and again.

Don't rush to go through every notification immediately. For starters, try giving a 5 minute break every time you hear it ring.

Last but not the least refrain yourself from spending all your free time on your phone. Roam around or try something new. Try to use your phone as less as you can. Not only does it make you unsocial but it's also very damaging for your health.
